Ingredients

  • 1 cupbarik rava
  • 2 cuphot boiling water
  • 1chopped onion
  • 2chopped tomatoes
  • Halfinch chopped ginger
  • 10curry leaves chopped
  • Coriander chopped
  • 3chopped green chillies
  • For tadka safed urad Dal cumin mustard seeds hing coconut oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast rava in a pan and set aside

    In a pan add oil then step by step urad Dal cumin mustard seeds hing ginger curry leaves coriander green chillies

    When turns little crackle add onion salt and saute till gets brown then add tomatoes and saute and cover

    When done add rava and mix well and add hot water slowly on medium flame cover and cook add little lemon if you like

    Cover and cook it's done now serve
