Ingredients

  1. 2 can (10 1/2 oz.)Cream of Mushroom or Cream of Chicken
  2. 2 can (6 oz.)Tuna (I use Starkist Fillet Dill & Lemon)
  3. 1 cupMayonnaise (I use Hellmann's)
  4. 1/2 cupMilk
  5. 1 cupDiced Onions
  6. 1 cupFresh or Frozen Peas
  7. 12 ozEgg Noodles
  8. 2 cupShredded Cheddar Cheese
  9. 1/2 tspBlack Pepper (Season to your taste)
  10. 4 ozPanko Bread Crumbs (Half a box) - For Panko topping
  11. 2 tbspButter - For Panko topping
  12. 1 dashGarlic Powder - For Panko topping
  13. 1 dashBlack Pepper - For Panko topping
  14. 1 dashParsley - For Panko topping
  15. 1 dashSalt - For Panko topping

    Preheat oven to 375°

  2. 2

    Boil Egg Noodles. Follow package directions. Drain.

  3. 3

    Peel, wash, and chop Onion.

  4. 4

    In a large sauce pan or skillet, heat soup, milk, mayo, onions, peas, tuna, black pepper, and a 1\2 cup of the cheddar cheese on med/low heat.

  5. 5

    Heat until cheese is melted and mixed thoroughly, about 5-10 mins. Fold in egg noodles.

  6. 6

    In a large casserole dish, spread mixture evenly.

  7. 7

    Spread the remaining 1 1/2 cups of cheese, evenly on top of mixture.

  8. 8

    On the same burner, heat butter in a skillet on med/low. Once butter has melted, pour Panko crumbs in pan.

  9. 9

    Season the bread crumbs, and stir frequently. (About 3-5 mins.)

  10. 10

    Remove from heat, and pour evenly over casserole.

  11. 11

    Bake for 40-45 mins, or until top is a nice golden brown.
