Ingredients

  1. 3 lbbeef london broil. sliced thin
  2. 8flat breads. (I used garlic naan bread)
  3. marinade
  4. 1/4 cupred wine vinegar
  5. 8 ozlager beer
  6. 1 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
  7. 1 1/2 tbspGreek seasoning
  8. 1 tspminced garlic
  9. 1juice of one lemon
  10. 1/2 tspsmoked paprika
  11. toppings
  12. 1crumbled feta cheese
  13. 1crumbled goat cheese
  14. 1fresh sliced tomatoes
  15. 1sliced cucumbers
  16. 1chopped cilantro
  17. 1fresh basil leaf
  18. 1tatziki sauce
  19. 1sliced red onions
  20. 1lemon wedges

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all marinade ingredients. Coat beef strips. Let marinade at least an hour.

  2. 2

    Prepare all topping ingredients.

  3. 3

    Preheat grill. Moisten a paper towel with oil and oil grill with tongs.

  4. 4

    Grill beef over high heat a couple minutes a side until medium rare. Or desired doneness.

  5. 5

    Remove beef to a plate and tent with foil. Grill flat breads very quickly on each side.

  6. 6

    Place beef and desired toppings on flatbread squeeze lemon wedge over all, fold and serve

cooking is a passion of mine. I started when I was very young and I had to drag a milk crate around to see over the counter. taught by a career cook (my grandmother ). I have always tried to push the boundaries of conventional cooking. I prefer cooking wild game. when I can get my hands on it, but fish is more readily available for me. I raise and butcher most of the livestock that I use for my conventional recipes. I hope everyone can find a few recipes they like in my list.
