Ingredients

1 hour 30 mins
8 servings
  • 3 lbbeef london broil. sliced thin
  • 8flat breads. (I used garlic naan bread)
  • marinade
  • 1/4 cupred wine vinegar
  • 8 ozlager beer
  • 1 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 1/2 tbspGreek seasoning
  • 1 tspminced garlic
  • 1juice of one lemon
  • 1/2 tspsmoked paprika
  • toppings
  • 1crumbled feta cheese
  • 1crumbled goat cheese
  • 1fresh sliced tomatoes
  • 1sliced cucumbers
  • 1chopped cilantro
  • 1fresh basil leaf
  • 1tatziki sauce
  • 1sliced red onions
  • 1lemon wedges

Steps

1 hour 30 mins
  1. 1

    Mix all marinade ingredients. Coat beef strips. Let marinade at least an hour.

  2. 2

    Prepare all topping ingredients.

  3. 3

    Preheat grill. Moisten a paper towel with oil and oil grill with tongs.

  4. 4

    Grill beef over high heat a couple minutes a side until medium rare. Or desired doneness.

  5. 5

    Remove beef to a plate and tent with foil. Grill flat breads very quickly on each side.

  6. 6

    Place beef and desired toppings on flatbread squeeze lemon wedge over all, fold and serve

cooking is a passion of mine. I started when I was very young and I had to drag a milk crate around to see over the counter. taught by a career cook (my grandmother ). I have always tried to push the boundaries of conventional cooking. I prefer cooking wild game. when I can get my hands on it, but fish is more readily available for me. I raise and butcher most of the livestock that I use for my conventional recipes. I hope everyone can find a few recipes they like in my list.
