Chocolate Chinese Noodle "Spider" Cookies

We always called these "Chinese Noodle Cookies" and they were a New Year's Eve tradition. No baking involved! We used to put them out in the back where there was no heat and they'd be set in minutes! You could easily use this as a base and other things as well.

  3. 3

Gently toss the noodles until coated with the chocolate mixture while trying not to break them too much.

  4. 4

You're going to need tongs for the next part... spoons don't work very well.

  5. 5

Using the tongs make small piles of the noodle mix on waxed paper and decorate if desired. Let cool until the chocolate sets.

  6. 6

Once they're set you're done! We always made them this way, but in England I saw similar ones made with corn flakes.
