In small bowl, beat egg lightly

Set aside 1 teaspoon of the beaten egg

Combine remaining egg with Cheddar cheese and ham

Separate crescent roll dough into 4 inch rectangles and place on lightly floured surface

Flatten each rectangle slightly with
rolling pin - 6
Place one-fourth of ham mixture along one long edge of each rectangle

Roll up, jelly-roll fashion, completely enclosing the filling and pinch seams to seal

Place each roll on ungreased cookie sheet

Bring ends to roll together, overlapping slightly, to form a
circle, press ends together to seal - 10
Brush with reserved egg or milk and sprinkle with sesame seed

Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes
