Brown Atta Flour Maandazi

Steps

Mix dry ingredients: atta flour, sugar, salt, baking powder

Add eggs and mix with spoon
- 3
Add water slowly kneading to a soft dough. Add some white flour to make it soft
- 4
Divide into balls and roll on a baking stand, should be an inch thick. Cut with knife to desired shape and fry on oil, medium heat

Serve with tea
