In a bowl add paneer and gently cumbled it with hands.

In a pan add ghee butter cumin hing ginger paste and green chilli and saute for a min.

Add chopped onion and saute for 5 min.add chopped tomato red chilli powder coriander powder turmeric powder and salt.cook this for 5 to 6 min.

Add lemon juice and coriander leaves and crumbled paneer.stir it lightly.

Serve hot paneer bhurji.
