Ingredients

  1. 2 tsplemon juice
  2. 1 ltrfull fat milk
  3. 1 cupSugar
  4. 3 cupwater
  5. 1/4 tspcardamom green
  6. 2 tsprose water

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil milk on high heat,stir vinegar in it and let it boil.They whey water and paneer(cheese) will separate.keep cheese atleast few hours so that all excess water could be drained off of it.

    Add semolina and sugar mash it nicely.make a round shape of equal size balls.

  3. 3

    Meanwhile in a big pan add water and sugar and bring it to a boil.Add all the balls in sugar syrup.cover it and let it cook for 30 min on high heat.

    Add cardamom green powder rose water afetr 25 min. Of cooking.remove all heat and let it cool.

    Served chill white bengali rasogulla.
