Beef stew with kales and Ugali

Cut beef put to boil with 1 tbsp of oil and salt. Water added should a quarter a cup

Cook until all water is dried up, add more oil and add in the diced onions. Fry until golden brown.

Add in chopped tomatoes and stir well until soft.

Mix royco with water(1/2 a cup) add to beef and stir. Allow to boil for 5 minutes then add more water and boil for further 3 minutes
