Ingredients

  • 8кусков нетолстой свиной вырезки
  • 9средних картофелин
  • 1болгарский перец
  • 4помидора
  • 4средних луковицы порезанных полукольцами
  • Соль, перец, тертый сыр, майонез

Steps

  1. 1

    Свиную вырезку отбить посолить и поперчить с двух сторон И с одной стороны намазать горчицей.

    Низ противня смазать растительным маслом и укладывать картошку порезанную монетами в два слоя посолить и поперчить каждый из них.

    Подготовленное мясо укладываем поверх картошки и засыпаем луком порезанным полукольцами. Сверху лук мажем равномерным тонким слоем майонеза.

    Поверх майонеза посыпаем слоем тертого сыра и ставим в духовку на нижнюю полку при температуре температуре 370 Фаренгейта на 45 минут, затем переставляем на верхнюю на 5 минут.
