Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cuppacked brown sugar
  • 6 tbspbutter, melted
  • 3 tbsp3 -6 T lemon juice
  • 3/4 tspcayenne pepper
  • 1salmon fillet (about 2 lbs)
  • 1lemon pepper seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    In a small bowl, combine first four ingredients;mix well. Remove 1/2 cup to a saucepan; simmer until heated through. Set aside remaining mixture for basting.

  2. 2

    Sprinkle salmon with lemon pepper. Place on grill skin side down. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 5 minutes. Brush with reserved brown sugar mixture. Grill 10-15 minutes longer, basting occasionally.

  3. 3

    Serve with warmed sauce.

On george formun leavve on skinned side thicker side turned toward front of grill base frequently i cooked for 10 min
