Ingredients

  1. 1/2 lbFresh spinach
  2. 1 pintsFresh strawberries
  3. 2 ozSliced almonds
  4. 1/2 cupGranulated sugar
  5. 1 tbspPoppy seed
  6. 1 tspMinced onions
  7. 1 tspWorcestershire sauce
  8. 1/4 tspPaprika
  9. 1 cupCider vinegar
  10. 1 cupOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Arrange spinach and strawberries in a clear glass bowl.

  2. 2

    Place sugar, poppy seed, onion, Worcestershire, paprika, and vinegar in a blender. Add oil in a steady stream with blender on low speed. Blend until dressing is creamy and thick. Drizzle over salad. Garnish wi sliced almonds.
