Ingredients

  • 1chopped onion
  • 1chopped leek
  • 1chopped celery
  • 1chopped garlic
  • 2sliced mushroom
  • 1leg of chicken
  • 200 mldemi glaze
  • 11 mlfrench mustard
  • oil
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • 40 mlred wine
  • 50 mlwhite wine
  • 10 mldouble cream
  • 5chopped parsley

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a marination using french mustard, pepper , salt, oil, White wine

  2. 2

    Marinate the chicken leg

  3. 3

    Fry the chicken after 1 hour

  4. 4

    Saute onion,garlic,leek,celery in oil

  5. 5

    Add mushroom an continue saute

  6. 6

    Add demi glaze and then chicken

  7. 7

    Cook till the chicken is done

  8. 8

    Add double cream

  9. 9

    Finish with chopped parsley

  10. 10

    Serve hot
