Ingredients

  • 1Avocado, sliced in half, seed removed
  • 1Shredded Cheese; as much as you want
  • 1Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsponion powder
  • 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  • 1Bacon; cooked and cut in small pieces
  • 2eggs

    You may have to carve out Avocado hole a little more so the egg will fit

  2. 2

    Crack eggs in avocado shells, you may want to use foil to hold avocado up coz it will tip over from the weight of the egg.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder

  4. 4

    Bake until egg is cooked to desiredness

  5. 5

    Top with cheese and bake til cheese is melted

  6. 6

    Top with bacon pieces and enjoy
