Ingredients
4 mediumbell peppers
1 lbground sausage,
1 cupshredded cheese, any kind
1 mediumonion chopped
2or 3 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
1 mediumtomato, chopped
1/2 cupchopped mushrooms

crumble and brown sausage

while sausage is cooking, remove top and seeds from peppers
3

mix chopped onions, jalapenos, mushrooms, and tomatoes with browned sausage

stuff peppers with mixture and top with cheese
5

bake in oven for 20 minutes at 350° F or until cheese is brown and bubbly

serve and enjoy.
