1 1/2 cuprice
2 tbspolive oil
1 mediumYellow Onion
1 canEl Pato ( tomato Sauce)
2 tspCaldo Con Sabor de Res (beef bouillon)
1 bunchCilantro
3 cupwater

Brown rice in olive oil till very brown but not burnt.

Finely diced yellow onion to rice and olive oil while browning.

Add can of tomato sauce stir till rice is stained. May cause you to cough.

Mix hot water and Beef broth together and stir into rice. Bring to a boil while adding chopped cilantro.

Cover and simmer till done. Approximately 20-25 min.
