Steps

Peel boiled arbi and mash it well.

In mashed arbi add salt, ginger paste, chopped green chillies, and gram flour and mix it well.

Rub few drops of oil on your hands and make small balls from arbi mixture and fry them in hot oil till golden brown in colour.

In a bowl add beaten curd, grated cucumber, chopped onion, roasted cumin powder, black salt, salt as per taste, ciba raita masala, red chilli powder, chopped coriander leaves, arbi balls and mix well.

Your Arbi Cucumber Raita is ready to serve.
