Cauliflower masala dosa

Being a south indian, dosas are prepared atleast twice in a week. I was bored up with the regular masala dosa and wanted to try something new. This particular recipe just revived my monotonous dosa to an interesting and yummy food altogether. 😀

Being a south indian, dosas are prepared atleast twice in a week. I was bored up with the regular masala dosa and wanted to try something new. This particular recipe just revived my monotonous dosa to an interesting and yummy food altogether. 😀
Steps

Wash cauliflower florets well and immerse it in hot water with salt for 5 mins to get rid of any insects.

Heat oil and saute onions. Add tomatoes and ginger and garlic paste and saute well.

Add all masalas and salt and little water and cook the masalas. Now add cauliflower and cook till it's 80% done.

Lastly add capsicum and cook for 5 mins and remove and add coriander leaves and mix well.

Now prepare thin dosas as usual on tawa and serve with the cauliflower stuffing.
