Ingredients

  • 50 gmaida
  • 1 tbspajwaian
  • 1 tspsalt
  • Water as required
  • Desi ghee for fry
  • Msala(jeera,lal Mirch, Kali Mirch, chaat msala, salt)

Steps

40-45 min
  1. 1

    Take Maida. Add ajwaian salt. Mix well. Add water to make dough.

  2. 2

    Then chapati jitni loi lekr ptla bel lo... Desi ghee Lgao brush se. And roll it...

  3. 3

    Cut in small pieces.. Then press it. Roll it again.

  4. 4

    All the puris fry in Desi ghee.

  5. 5

    Puris are ready. Then sprinkle msala on puris...
