Wash the baingan wipe with clean towel and apply oil all over then roast directly on flame from all sides

To check whether roasted properly or not pierce with knife. If knife comes out clearly it is done.

Cover it for 5mins and then remove the dry cover and take the pulp inside. Smash the pulp and keep aside

In a bowl add onion coriander chillies and crushed peanuts and baingan pulp mix well
- 5
Add curd and salt and mix well. Bharta is ready to serve
