  • 1/2red pepper
  • 1/2yellow pepper
  • 1/2green pepper
  • 1 tsprajah
  • 1 tspbenny spice
  • springle basil
  • few seeds coriander gor taste
  • pinchsalt
  • pinchwater
  • 2tablespoons oil
  • 1small carrot

    Grate onion and fry for 2 minutes

    Add grated tomatoes and rajah

  3. 3

    Add diced peppers and carrots

  4. 4

    Add benny spice, coriander, basil, salt and cook

    Serve with wors and pap
