Ingredients

half an hour
15-20 pcs.
  • 1 1/4 katori..Besan
  • one katori..sugar
  • one katori..ghee..
  • ... Water as required

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast the above mentioned quantity of besan in ghee in A wok

  2. 2

    Roast till it becomes brown in colour and starts leaving it's roasted aroma.

  3. 3

    Meanwhile You take sugar in water. Boil it..stir it so that sugar dissolves completely and make a chashni of one taar only in consistency..

  4. 4

    Pour this sugar solution over the roasted Besan..mix it thoroughly..

  5. 5

    Grease a Big plate and spread the mixture evenly..

  6. 6

    Let it cool and set

  7. 7

    Once it gets set properly..cut into desired shape.. like diamond or square as You Wish..I have given here the diamond shape..

  8. 8

    Yummmmmyy BESAN BURFI is ready to serve
