  • 1/3 cupshredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cupjalapeño pepper slices and juices
  • 1 tspground black pepper
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 1/4 cupolive oil, extra virgin
  • 3 ozpepperoni diced

  1. 1

    Dice your potatoes and pepperoni make sure to remove the casing of pepperoni

    Heat oil add potatoes and fry for 3 minutes add pepperoni
