  • 1 1/2 cupCorn meal
  • 3/4 cupA.P. Flour
  • 1 tbspSugar
  • 1/3 tspSalt
  • 1/4 cupChopped Pickled Jalapeno's
  • 3/4 cupMilk
  • 1Egg (beaten)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix dry ingredients in mixing bowl.

  2. 2

    Mix in wet ingredients.

  3. 3

    Add peppers and mix lightly.

  4. 4

    In sauce pan, heat oil for deep frying to 375°.

  5. 5

    Drop tablespoon size balls of mix into hot oil and fry to golden brown.

  6. 6

    Remove to rack or paper towels to drain.
