Ingredients

  2. 5-6 PCkaju
  3. 1/2 tspwatermelon seeds
  4. 1big size onion
  5. 4tomatoes
  6. 1 small PC of ginger
  7. 2-3 clovesgarlic
  8. 1 spoon hung curd
  9. 1/2 cupmilk
  10. 1/2 tspJeera
  11. 1 tspGaram masala
  12. 1/4 tspturmeric
  13. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  14. 2 pcbay leaves
  15. 1 Pinchgreen cardamom powder
  16. to tasteSalt
  17. as neededKasoori methi & coriander leaves

Steps

20-25mnts
  1. 1

    Squeeze Rasgulla dip in plain water; again squeeze Rasgulla change the water &dip in it; do process 4-5tym &soak water

  2. 2

    Boil tomatoes ginger, bay leaves and onion &bay leaves keep out

  3. 3

    Dry roast cashew &soak meenge &cashew in 1tb milk

  4. 4

    Grind onion& ginger

  5. 5

    Sepreatly tomatoes grind &filter the pury

  6. 6

    Grind cashew &meeng

  7. 7

    Take a pan add butter or oil crackle jeera

  8. 8

    Add onion paste &roast 2-3mnts in slow flame

  9. 9

    Then add garlic red chilli powder, turmeric &tomato puree cook 3mnts

  10. 10

    Then add hung curd &gram masala cook properly

  11. 11

    Add1/4cup of water mix&salt to taste

  12. 12

    Then add squeeze Rasgulla boil

  13. 13

    Then add 1/2cup of milk with 1/4cup of

  14. 14

    Cook2mnts then add paste of cashew &meeng

  15. 15

    Cook 1mnt

  16. 16

    Add kasoori methi & garnish with chopped coriander leaves

  17. 17

    Enjoy with paratha
