Cut palak & wash it in water 2-3 times.

In pressure cooker add palak, chopped onion, tomatoes, green chillies, ginger & garlic paste. Close the lid. Pressure cook it on medium flame until 2 whistles. Switch off gas. Let it cool until steam releases. Once cooled grind it in fine paste. Keep it aside.

For kofta : Mix all ingredients of kofta except cheese.

Mix all properly and knead like a dough.

Spread it on working surface or palm. Fill one small cheese cube.

Seal it & make roll. Repeat the process with rest of the oats paste.

Heat oil in a Kadhai on medium flame. Deep fry oats kofta on medium flame until golden brown.

Now for tempering palak gravy : Heat ghee/butter in a pan. Add Jeera, Once it sauted add garlic paste. Saute it until light brown. Add red chilli powder, Garam Masala & salt.

Add palak puree. Saute until thick gravy. Switch off gas.

For serving pour hot palak gravy in a serving bowl. Place oats kofta. Garnish with cheese or grated Paneer. Enjoy
