Cooking Instructions

Pour gulaman powder in water, stir well until dissolve. Add sugar and mix well until blended.

Put mixture into heat, stir continuosly until it l boils. Pour into molder and leave it to cool.

Slice gulaman into cubes or strips, or shape it in whatever shape desire. Add milk and cream, stirring well until combined.

Add the cheese, mix well and place corn on top (if desired). Put in the fridge 6 hours. Overnight is the best.

Serve, share and enjoy.
