1 packagescheese tortilini
2chicken breasts shredded
4 cupcarrots
4 cupcelery
4 clovegarlic, minced
2 mediumchopped onion
3 quartchicken broth
1 tbspItalian seasoning
parmesan cheese

Steps

Chop vegetables. Add oil to pot and add veggies. Add Italian seasoning and cook on medium for about 5 minutes.

Add chicken broth. Bring to a boil and lower to a simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Add tortilini and shredded chicken. Cook for 7 minutes.

Serve with parmesan cheese
