Ingredients

  • cups
  • canola oil spray
  • 1 packageswonton wrappers
  • filling
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 1small onion, chopped
  • 1red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1small carrot, minced
  • 1small celery stalk, minced
  • 2 lblangostino
  • 1/4 cupdry white wine
  • ground black pepper
  • salt
  • 1 tbspgranulated garlic
  • 2 pinchHerb de Provence
  • sauce
  • 4 tbspbutter
  • 1/4 cupflour
  • 1 cuphalf and half
  • topping
  • 1 cupPanko bread crumbs
  • 1 cupgrated parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbspbutter, melted

Steps

  1. 1

    Sauté vegetables in oil.

  2. 2

    Add langostinos, wine and seasoning. Once heated remove filling from the heat.

    Spray small muffin cup pans with oil spray. Place a wanton wrapper in each cup. Bake 5 minutes a 385°. Remove from the oven.

    Make sauce by melting butter, adding flour and making a roux. Finish by adding the dairy.

  5. 5

    Combine the filling and sauce.

    Mix the topping ingredients together.

    Fill each cup with the filling/sauce.

  8. 8

    Sprinkle each cup with topping.

    Bake 10-15 minutes at 400°, until you get the topping golden brown. But stop before if your brand of wrappers get too done.
