Ingredients

  1. 2 lbground beef
  2. 1garlic clove, crushed
  3. 14 1/2 ozstewed tomatoes
  4. 8 ozmild taco sauce
  5. 5 tspbeef bouillon (or 5 cubes)
  6. 2 tbspall-purpose flour, gluten-free
  7. 1/3 cupwater
  8. 2 cupbaking mix, gluten-free
  9. 3 tbspYellow cornmeal
  10. 1 1/3 cupsoymilk

  1. 1

    Heat oven to 375°F.

  2. 2

    Cook & stir beef & garlic in 10" skillet until beef is brown; drain. Stir in tomatoes, taco sauce, & bouillon; cook until bouillon is dissolved.

  3. 3

    Mix flour & water; stir into beef mixture. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil & stir 1 minute. Pour into baking dish, 13x9x2 inches.

  4. 4

    Mix baking mix, 2 tbsp cornmeal, & milk until soft dough forms. Drop by tablespoons full onto beef mixture. Sprinkle with Remaining cornmeal.

  5. 5

    Bake for 20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
