  • 1lb. ground beef or turkey
  • 1 packageschili seasoning mix
  • 1 can(about 15 ounces) red kidney beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 can(about 14 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chiles
  • 1 can(8 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 1 cupshredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1Sliced Green onions (optional)

    Brown beef 6-8 mintues in large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring to break up meat. Drain fat. Stir in seasoning mix

  2. 2

    Place beef mixture, beans, tomatoes, and tomato sauce in CROCK-POT. Cover; cook on low 4-6 hours. Top each serving with cheese and green onions
