  1. Soup
  2. 1 lbground beef
  3. 1 clovegarlic, crushed
  4. 16 ozTomato sauce
  5. 1 tspsugar
  6. 1/2 tsporegano
  7. 1/2 tspbasil
  8. 1/4 tspsalt
  9. 1/4 tsppepper
  10. 8 sliceAmerican cheese
  11. Biscuits
  12. 2 cupgluten-free baking mix
  13. 1 cupsoymilk ( or milk of your choice)
  14. 1egg.
  15. 1/4 cupgrated Parmesan cheese

  1. 1

    Cook & stir ground beef until brown; drain. Stir in garlic, tomato sauce, sugar, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, & American cheese. You could also add mushrooms if you want. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes.

    Heat oven to 400°F. Grease cookie sheet.

  3. 3

    Mix baking mix, milk, & egg. Can add salt for taste if desired. Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet. Bake for 12 minutes.

    Put soup in bowl, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Top with a biscuit.
