Am Sindhi by birth and at my home we use to have this as our lunch or dinner.. I love Arbi..
Steps

Peel the arbi and cut into 2 halves

Take the halves of the arbi and press between the palms

Repeat 1 and 2 step for remaining arbi

Take kadai and heat oil for deep fry
- 5
After oil gets heated put the arbis few at one time
- 6
Turn them in between and fry till they turn brownish red in colour as shown in the pieces and take out in a dish

Repeat step 5 and 6 for remaining arbi

After all gets fried. Mix all masalas mentioned above in a small bowl and sprinkle them on arbi in both sides and mix well

Your yummy chatpata arbi cutlets are ready

Serve hot with hot rotis or serve as starter alone
