peel sweetpotatoe, chop into cubes boil in 2 cups water until soft. drain water

now trun oven at 375 to bake.

in sweetpotatoe pot add banana ,butter, brown sugar, clove, marshmallows, and salt.mix and mash sweetpotatoes.

I cut my pastries into circles, put about a tablespoon in each pastry ,using a fork closing the end. now brush on egg white and sprinkle sugar ontop ready to bake

bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.they are done. enjoy them.

NOTE ;::MAKE SURE TO USE A LARGE SWEET POTATOE OR TWO MEDIUMS.OR THE CLOVE WILL BE A LITTLE STRONG.OR CUT BACK ON CLOVE.!!!!
