At first boil the milk

Once the milk is boiled keep aside one bowl milk aside and keep the flame low

Now soak the jaggery in the milk

Wash the rice and mix it well with the boiling milk and cook till it is fully done

Once the rice is done add the jaggery soaked milk and stir it well

Stir the kheer continuously to avoid burning

Finally the kheer is ready and remove it from heat.

Serve the kheer cool and enjoy
