  • Green chilli & garlic paste
  • Few cumin seed
  • Half teaspoon asafoetida
  • to tasteSalt
  • Ingredients for fara's cover
  • 200 gWheat flour
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 cuwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Urad ki dal ko do ghante bhigo ke rakh do.

  2. 2

    Urad ki dal ko do gante bhigo ke baad mein ek dum sukha pees lo.

  3. 3

    Ab pisi hui daal me hing, garlic chilli paste, jeera thoda, aur namak swad anusaar dal ke mix kar ke stuffing taiyar karlo

    Yad rahe namak tb hi dalna jab stuffing ko bhar na ho

  5. 5

    Fara ki stuffing ko cover karne ke liye Ab gehu ke aate me namak dal ke normal aata gunth lo

  6. 6

    Ab gunthe hue aate ki chhote chhote pede banake puri jaisa bel lo ab usme stuffing bharo aur taiyar kar lo fara

  7. 7

    Ek bade bartan me pani boil karne rakhlo jab pani boil ho jaye to usme namak aur oil ke kuchh drop add karo jab pani achhe se ubaal marne lage to stuffed kiye fara usme dal do

  8. 8

    10 min ubalne ke baad knife ke madad se check karo pak gaye hai ya nahi agar knife clean nikal aati hai to aapke fara ready ho chuke hai

  9. 9

    Ab fara ko pani mein se nikal kar plate mein rakho thanda hone jab thanda ho jaye fara ko man chahe shape mein kato aur aalu curry with peanut's chutney ke sath garma garam serve karo.
