Steps

First make stiff dough using maida, suzi, ajwain,salt and baking soda. And grease it with oil and keep it aside for 1 hour. Then again knead it till it become soft.

Now heat oil in kadhai and add jeera in it.

Then add ginger garlic chilli paste and fry it. Then add turmeric, garam masala, dhaniya powder and mix it.

Then add boiled potato and salt and let it cook for few more minutes.

Now roll regular chapati and cut it into half.

Make cone of that half circle. Put stuffing in it and seal it using water.

Deep fry it till it become golden and brown in shade and serve it with pudina chutney or imli chutney.
