Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 lbground beef
  2. 1/2 cupbread crumbs
  3. 1 canfrench onion soup
  4. 1egg
  5. 1/4 tspground black pepper
  6. 1/4 tspsalt
  7. 1 smallred onion, chopped
  8. 1/4 cupred pepper
  9. 1/4 cupwater
  10. 1/4 cupketchup
  11. 1/4 tbspmustard
  12. 1 tbspworcestershire sauce
  13. 1 tbspall-purpose flour

Cooking Instructions

    In a large bowl, mix together the beef, 1/3 cup of the french onion soup, bread crumbs, onion, red pepper, eggs, salt and ground pepper.

    Shape into round or oval patties.

    In a frying pan, brown both sides of the patties.

  4. 4

    On a small mixing bowl, mix the flour, the remaining soup, ketchup, worcestershire sauce, water and the mustard. Mix well and pour over meat cover and cook for 20 min.

    Serve with any side dish you like and enjoy!
