Ingredients

  1. 500 gramsMinced Pork
  2. 2 tbspolive oil
  3. 1 largeOnion Chopped small
  4. 1/4 cupWhite Wine or White Wine Vinager
  5. 1 tspBlack Pepper
  6. 2 tspDijon Mustard
  7. 2 tbspWholegrain Mustard
  8. 1 1/2Yellow Pepper chopped
  9. 1 1/2Green Pepper chopped
  10. 250 mlDouble Cream
  11. 6Cherry Tomatoes cut in two
  12. 1 largeBag of Tortillas
  13. 100 gramsGrated Mozzella Cheese
  14. 2 tbspLemon juice gor a zesty taste

Cooking Instructions

    Put oil in a deep pan (I use a wok) and heat.

    Drop in the mince and onion stir until meat changes colour and onions are half cooked. Sprinkle in Black pepper and stir.

    Make a whole in the middle of the meat and pour in the white wine or white wine vinager when it boils reduce the heat and cook and stir for about 10 mins. Then add the lemon juice..

    Add the peppers and stir then the Dijon mustard and stir also the wholegrain mustard. Stir it all for 5 mins.

    Lastley pour in Cream and stir , it will be a light colour. Then add tomatoes and da little salt to taste.

    Transfer sll the mixture into a roasting dish about 3 inches depth cook in oven on a medium heat for 20 mins take it out sprinkle the cheese all over the top and put it back in for 5 mins. Take out and it makes a lovely tasty dip for your tortillas, and or even fries on the side.

I only started experimenting with herbs and spices and items I had never heard of before through joining Cookpad 2014 and I'm still learning new things. It is a passion of mine and I always invite my family around so I can create something new for them to try. my children grew up learning lots from me I have 3 daughters all with their own families and two Sons one who cooks for his family also my youngest son who is still at home with me,he comes up with some lovely meals and ideas so I'm proud of them all. 💜
