Steps

Preheat oven . Mix the flour , margerine , salt and make rubbing in method then add the water till you form the pastry.

Let the pastry rest in the fridge for 1 hour before use .

Prepare the filling , mix all the ingredients together .

Then open the the pastry and fill with the ricotta filling.

Bake for 1 hour then serve hot or cold .
