If you are lucky enough to get kabocha, try this salad. Super easy to make and delicious.
Steps

Take off the stalk of kabocha and heat in a microwave for a few minutes to soften the hard skin.

Cut kabocha into a bite size. Splash some water, cover and microwave until soft.

Meanwhile, cut onion and cook with little oil with low heat until onion turns sweet.
- 4
Mix kabocha and onion, season with some salt and pepper. When it cools down add some mayonnaise.
