In a kadai add oil give tadka of hing rai and jeera then add crushed garlic green chill and curry leaves

Saute well then add chopped onions and stirr. Add salt to cook well.

When onion turns brown add all masalas then cut pieces of boiled eggs (small cubes)

Stirr continously. Add water if required.add crushed pepper corns and stirr again.

Check the taste and add chopped coriander and mix well. Cover for 2-3 mins. Remove from flame.

Serve with hot chapati or bhakri
