Ingredients

1 lbground beef
2 clovegarlic
1/2onion, chopped
3carrots, chopped
5 stalkcelery, chopped
28 ozdiced tomatoes, canned
1 canred kidney beans
15 ozbeef stock
10 ozspaghetti sauce
1 1/2 tsporegano
1 tspground black pepper
1/2 tspTabasco sauce
4 ozelbow pasta

Steps

Saute garlic and onions in a skillet until fragrant, then brown ground beef

Combine all ingredients except elbow pasta in a slow cooker

Cook on high for 6-8 hours, or low for 8-10 hours

Add elbow pasta a half hour before serving
