Wash the mushrooms

Using a cocktail stick poke a few wholes in each mushroom, to release some more of their water when they're grilling.

Coat the mushrooms with the salt and chilli.

Grill on the barbecue for 10-15 minutes.
- 5
Once their cooked, drizzle with a small amount of lemon juice. Probably about a teaspoon just enough to give them the zesty flavour.
