Add four cups of water in a sufuria and add a tea spoon of cooking oil and salt. Boil

Clean the rice and add in the boiling water. Clean the tomatoes and onion and spinach.

Peel the potatoes in and clean. Chop the potatoes into small squares.

Fry the onion in a sufuria add the potatoes in and stir and cover

Add in tomatoes and the spinach chopped and cover
- 6
Stir and add salt. Leave to cook.

Serve with the cooked rice.
