Ingredients

  1. 3 clovegarlic (chopped or grated)
  2. 2 clovechallotes (chopped or grated)
  3. 350 gramsrice (cooked)
  4. 1 tspsoy sauce
  5. 1 tspsugar
  6. 1 1/2 tspsalt
  7. 100 gramschicken breast (sliced)
  8. 1a few spring onions
  9. red bell peppers (sliced)
  10. 2 tbspvegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Stir fry the chicken with a pinch of salt and.pepper and the oil

  2. 2

    Add the garlic and challotes.Saute.

  3. 3

    Add in the rice. Splash the soy sauce and add the seasonings (sugar salt white pepper)

  4. 4

    Add the spring onion

  5. 5

    Serve with an omelete on top and a few slices of chilli
