Ingredients

  1. 3 mediumPotatoes
  2. 1/4 cupButter
  3. 250 gramsMushrooms chopped
  4. 1 mediumOnion Chopped small
  5. 2 tbspolive oil
  6. 2Chicken Breast
  7. 1/2 tspGarlic Granuals
  8. 1/2 tspPaprika
  9. 1/4 tspGinger powder
  10. 2 tbspBalsamic Vinegar
  11. 6 sliceCooked Ham or Gammon
  12. 4 largeEggs
  13. 1/4 cup Milk
  14. 1/4 tspBlack Pepper
  15. 100 gramsCheese Grated
  16. pinchSalt ( optional )
  17. 3Tomatoes
  18. 1Sweet pepper

    Boil potatoes until 3/4 cooked, take them off heat and cool. Chop into cubes about 1 inch. Put the butter in a frying pan and melt. Chop mushrooms into small pieces and put in the melted butter. Fry for 2 minutes. While waiting, chop onions and add them to the fry pan. After 5 minutes take the pan off the heat and strain the onions and mushrooms a little and put them into a medium oven dish, about 3 inches Depth. Add diced potatoes and mix.

    Cut up your chicken into small cubes. Clean off fry pan, heat up the oil, and add your cubed chicken, fry until the chicken is coloured. Add paprika, ginger, garlic mix and fry until it all coated, then add the balsamic vinegar fry a little more then put in sliced ham all cut up and mix. Then strain if any liquid and mix in with the mushroom mixture in the Oven dish mix well.

    In a mixing bowl crack four eggs into it, then pour in the milk and whisk until all mixed well. Add the grated cheese and whisk, then add salt to taste (optional), and the pepper, mix and pour all over the potatoes etc. Its ok if the cheese stays on top, it will still blend in. Chop tomatoes and pepper to garnish on top add a little extra black pepper on top of mixture. Cook on medium heat for 10 mins then low for 20- 30 minutes more on low. Serve with a nice crisp salad.

Cookpad founder Member Ambassador, Also a Cookaholic.I love this Cookpad Site, Recipes, friends, interesting people and outstanding recipes, and able to see and to taste food from all over the world. i have learned so much more here, spices , herbs and lovely recipes of different cultures. also experimenting mixing different herbs and spices and making my own creations .I have cooked for my family since I was 14yrs, home from school as my Grandmother could no longer cook she was 91yrs, my Dad worked and there was only me so I learned quite quick and have always enjoyed it. I only started experimenting with herbs and spices and items I had never heard of before through joining Cookpad 2014 and I'm still learning new things. It is a passion of mine and I always invite my family around so I can create something new for them to try. my children grew up learning lots from me I have 3 daughters all with their own families and two Sons one who cooks for his family also my youngest son who is still at home with me,he comes up with some lovely meals and ideas so I'm proud of them all. 💜
