White rice with stew and fish

Boil the fish with onion,knorr seasoning and salt.

Blend fresh tomatoes and fresh pepper with tumeric.

Boil the blended things for 30minutes.

Pour in vegetable oil and fry.

Fry for 5minutes.stir for 30seconds.

Slice the onions and pour inside the tomatoes.

Stir and wait for few seconds then add the fish stock.

And more water,measure to avoid making the stew watering.

Cook it for at least 10minutes.

Add curry,thyme,salt,cook for 3minutes.

Pour in the fish and boil for 3 -4minutes.

Parboil rice for 12mins,wash and boil again for at least 10mins or more.

Let it be soft and the water dried up.
