Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 lbBoneless, Skinless Chicken Brest
  2. 8 ozCan Of Tomato Sauce
  3. 5 tbspVindaloo Seasoning. Most Spice Stores Will Have This. If Not Mix Coriander,garlic,cumin,ginger,cinnamon,mustard,cayenne,jalapeño, Cardamom,turmeric, Black Pepper And Cloves.
  4. 4Cubed Potatoes
  5. 1 largeOnion
  6. 6 tbspRed Wine Vinegar
  7. 1 tspSalt
  8. 1 cupWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown the cubed potatoes and set aside.

  2. 2

    Brown the chicken, add it to a soup pot

  3. 3

    Mince and brown the onion

  4. 4

    Mix tomato sauce and vindaloo seasoning into a paste. You can add more or less of the seasoning depending on how spicy you want it.

  5. 5

    Add the paste to the onion and mix it in

  6. 6

    Add the water, salt,and vinegar. Stir to combine, pour over the meat.

  7. 7

    Cover and cook over low heat for 30 min

  8. 8

    Add potatoes cook uncovered over a medium heat for 20-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are done
