Boil the carrots for 10 minutes until soft, ensure the water you put in is enough to remain to dough

Mix together the carrots with the rest of the ingredients

Ensure the dough doesn't turn out thick

Add cooking oil and continue to dough

Set aside for 30 minutes

After 30 minutes take and

Put on a table then separate into 3 portions

Roll each apply cooking oil cut into pieces then fold

Use a rolling pan then roll into chappatis as you heat pan

Add some oil on the pan then put the chappati and fry both sides

When ready put in a bowl with paper to drain oil and soften

Repeat with the remaining using the same procedure
